We had a wonderful stay at Carlton Suites. Our apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The host, Susanne, was easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The apartment was very spacious and centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. the size of the apartment was a pleasant surprise, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. the helpfulness of the staff was great, as they were happy to assist with arranging transportation.

The lack of proper maintenance was evident, with dripping taps, unstable kitchen fixtures, and incomplete grouting in the bathroom. the floors were also uneven, which was a bit concerning.

We had a pleasant stay in Vienna really close to city centre, the airport, and buses, trams and underground. Its location was magnificent, max 5 mins walk to Stephansplatz.

we had a very pleasant stay in vienna just off all the main attractions, tons of restaurants and top restaurants, supermarkets and city's attractions. the location was perfect and quiet 300 metres from stephansplatz. plus it was located near the center. we appreciated the host. everything was simply perfect.

Convenient location, cozy bed, easy key collection, ample coat hangers, abundant towels. Spacious suite with beautiful bathroom and refreshing shower. Friendly and responsive host. Enjoyed Austrian eatery nearby. Large apartment surpassing expectations. No rush to check out, accommodating staff.

Stayed at Carlton Suites for a few days. The location was excellent, close to the city centre. The spacious and comfortable apartment exceeded expectations. The lift was convenient for reaching the 2nd floor. The beds were supremely comfortable and it was impressively quiet. With a biomarket nearby and St. Stephensdom within a 5-minute walk, everything was easily accessible. The apartment's marble flooring kept it cool even in the heat. Special thanks to Susanne for her helpfulness.

the location couldn't have been better, and the apartment itself was incredibly spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was considering how central it was. the communication for check-in was clear, even though we didn't meet any staff members. We loved the traditional Austrian restaurant opposite the apartment, and the owner was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. the Carlton Suites provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

The spacious apartment was amazing! It had a fully furnished kitchen and a separate bedroom, making it feel like a home away from home. As someone who loves to cook and have a comfortable sleeping space, it was perfect for me.

Personally, I found that having a washing machine in the spacious studio was a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my preference, and I understand that others may still find it useful.

The Vienna Xmas Markets were entertaining with delicious gluhwein. the apartment was spacious, warm, and close to city attractions. There was a supermarket nearby. Beds were comfortable, and there was a large flat panel TV.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The city center, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and the underground station were all conveniently close by. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch and the staff were friendly, helpful, and approachable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the heating during the cold month of January. When I had an issue with my apartment, the staff were quick to respond and resolve the problem. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
